Park Dedeman Almaty

I absolutely loved the place I had a breakfast at, because I could see the hills from the terrace. The breakfast was very delicious, I had everything I wanted, eggs, meat, cheese, fruits, joghurt and there was a coffee machine. I had a PERFECT coffee every morning. The towels were changed each day. I've got the complimentary fruit plate the first day I've got check in. The staff was very friendly and helped me all the questions.

Loved the room, very comfortable. Restaurant was nice and staff was friendly.

Our room 506 was very clean and well-organized. TV works well, we had dental kid, clean towels and slippers in the bathroom. Our bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was good enough - Turkish style. It’s a good value for money. We enjoyed the terrace at 9th floor. Amazing view.

Overall great place, but the heating was off so ot was cold in the room.
